How long will it take for my order to be shipped?

We aim to deliver within 2 working days, but please allow a maximum of 5 working days.

30 DAY RETURN POLICY

You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be in the same condition as when you received it (unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging)
  • Include your receipt or proof of purchase
How can I start a return ?

Simply reach out to us at hello@milkandsilks.com, and we’ll guide you through the process. We’ll send you the return address once your return request is confirmed. Please note: we can’t accept items returned without first requesting a return.

If your return is approved, we’ll provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to send it back.

What if I ordered outside the Netherlands?

If you're in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within14 daysof receiving it, no questions asked!

Just make sure the item is in the same condition you received it (unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging) and you have your proof of purchase.

The same applies worldwide, the buyer is responsible for return postage costs and any applicable duties.

What if my item is damaged or incorrect?

We’re here to help! Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If you notice that the item is damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong item, let us know right away at hello@milkandsilks.com. We’ll work quickly to resolve the issue and make things right.

Can I do an exchange ?

Absolutely! But If you need a different size or color, the fastest way to get what you want is to return your item and make a new purchase. Once your return is processed, we’ll refund you, and you can order the new item.

How long will it take to receive my refund?

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of your refund status. If your return is approved, we’ll process the refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it can take a little longer for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you haven't received your refund, please contact us at hello@milkandsilks.com, and we’ll look into it right away.
