Shipment:

If you have any special requests for your shipment for example a handwritten note please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate. 

All items are hand picked and shipped with care. We will always try to ship your order the same day, however if this is not possible we will dispatch a maximum of  1-2 business days later. 

Please bear in mind round the holidays (Christmas, etc.) there may be a delay with your product reaching you due to extra long delivery times. 

Green Delivery is available in the Haarlem area, simply select this option at checkout and we will deliver via bike to your door free of charge!

Pick up is also possible by appointment.

RETURN

How do I return or exchange my order?

> Step 1 – Register return/exchange 
Send an e-mail to hello@milkandsilks.com With your order number, the products that are returning and the reason for the return or if you want an exchange for another size or colour. Then we can reserve the product for you if it is in stock and resend it upon receipt of the return.

> Step 2 – Sending the return
The items must be returned unopened and in original packaging to the address sent to you in the confirmation email.

> Step 3 – Refund
If the product meets all return conditions, we will happily refund the purchase price minus the shipping costs. As soon as we have received your order, you will receive your refund within 7 working days and that the money is refunded to the account used for payment.

What are the return conditions?

  • The item must be returned to us within 7 days of receipt
  • The items must be in original condition including packaging
  • The items must not have been used

What are the costs for returns?


Returns are free, however you are responsible for the return shipment. The costs for this depend on the shipping method you choose. The regular parcel post from PostNL is €6.95. We recommend shipment with Track & Trace code, as lost returns will not be refunded.
